If you are sending just to one person, do you use a picture of them or a type of surrogate (like a bear or other stuff animal) or just write their name/information on a piece of paper?
If you are sending to more than one person, do you write all of their names on one paper or have them on individual sheets?
If you use individual sheets with names and info., do you put them all into a type of prayer bowl, or just hold them all in your hands?

Well, as I've mentioned in previous comments, I send Reiki very differently than the way I was taught.
I simply hold both my hands up and imagine the recipient; sending Reiki. And it's amazing the heat that comes from my hands when I do that.
I think we eventually find 'our' way of sending Reiki individually.

The answer to all these questions is YES. As long as your intention is for love and healing the means by which you send the Reiki is just a vehicle to transport the loving energy.
